How we create content
Our guides are written around the actual editor workflow: choosing a scope, placing family members, checking relationship lines, adding photos, and exporting a usable image. We avoid treating family trees as verified legal or genealogical records. When a page discusses public historical families, it is intended as educational context and should be checked against primary or reputable biographical sources before citation.
How your data stays private
Your tree is saved in your browser's local storage on the device you use. We do not run accounts, and we do not upload your family data to any server. Because there is no cloud copy, export an image of important versions before clearing browser data or switching devices.
